Free consultation - Allows us to get to know each other and go over any questions you may have to figure out what type of support you are looking for in a Doula. 

Prenatal Visits - These appointments will be used to go over topics such as birth planning, teach labor positions, breastfeeding/lactation education, and management techniques that can be helpful during labor. 

On Call from 37+ weeks - In addition to 24/7 informational texts/calls, once 37 weeks gestation have been reached, I will be on call should you have any signs of labor. I will arrive when you desire me to be present, whether it be meeting at home to "labor down" or at the hospital/birthing center.  

Postpartum - After delivery, I will stay with the family for 1-2 hours after birth. This time can be used for answering any questions about labor/delivery, and reflecting on the birth experience. Postpartum visits will resume typically around 4 - 7 days after or once the family is settled at home. *24/7 calls/ texts are still available and encouraged at this time.
